Pläne, Ziele und Träume…
ich finde dies ein sehr guter blogeintrag von erich. den hier….
warum dies? weil genau jetzt der zeitpunkt ist, bereits zu träumen, dann ziele zu setzen und dann die planung anzupacken. ich auf jeden fall, habe für nächstes jahr einen grossen traum, habe die ziele schon ziemlich genau definiert und gehe jetzt in die planungsphase. ich will im nächsten jahr sicher wieder beim rigimarsch dabeisein, dazu noch den einen oder anderen lauf und dann im herbst mein “lauf”-traum umsetzen.
bereits die nächste woche beginne ich mit dem training - lange läufe im tiefen pulsbereich und sicher auch das eine oder andere mal im wundeschönen SPA Bereich vom Hotel Waldhaus in Flims.
