… kennt Dr. med. Ernst van Aaken. Sollte er jedenfalls. Dr. van Aaken war einer der ganz Großen. Ein Laufdoktor. Ein Lauftrainer.
Hat einen Sportverein gegründet und durfte sich mit 15 deutschen Meistertiteln schmücken. Hat 1967 einen Marathonlauf organisiert und - damals heimlich! - Frauen mitlaufen lassen. Eine stellt dabei eine Weltbestleistung auf.
Sein bekanntestes Buch heißt “Programmiert für 100 Lebensjahre”. Sagt alles. Falls Sie Dr. van Aaken noch nicht kannten, hier zwei Statements zum Training und zur Ernährung:
Training: “Tägliche Dauerläufe. Puls 130 bis 160. Täglich Tempolauf in höchstens Renntempo”.
Ernährung: “Der Mensch von heute sollte so leben, als wenn er zuckerkrank wäre, d.h. Kohlenhydrate fast ganz meiden, Fette täglich nur 40 g, und hochwertiges Eiweiß etwa 200 g”.
Und das bereits 1974: Als Läufer, betreut von Dr. med. van Aaken, dem Laufpapst, sollten Sie “Kohlenhydrate fast ganz meiden” und “hochwertiges Eiweiß etwa 200 g” essen.
